What you need to know before trading...
Before trading you must check that your game is:
- In a playable and resalable condition.
- Complete with DVD case, insert and manual.
- The original item (not a copy).
- Australian Region (PAL).
- Not an overseas copy (Note: check that classification rating is not a sticker on the case).
- Standard edition.
- Not a 'Not for resale' game.
If we receive a game that does not comply to these standards the game will be returned at the senders expense and any remaining money refunded. WANT THAT GAME reserves the right to refuse any item at its discretion.
Our listed games.
WANT THAT GAME deals with pre-owned games only. As such it is understood that items will not always be in mint condition. The games you are trading for will always be the standard edition unless otherwise specified. All our games come with their original manual, case and case insert. The games are not overseas copies and will always be Australian Region (PAL).
The WANT THAT GAME promise.
If a game that you purchase from WANT THAT GAME does not work (and it has not been damaged by you or a third party) and you notify us within the first 30 days after the trade date, we will either replace it or refund your money & your trade game.
Delivery to us.
We will not take responsibility for games being lost in the post when sent to WANT THAT GAME. We strongly reccomend that you use registered post when sending your games to us.
Delivery to you.
We try our best to post your game within 1 business day after receiving your trade game. We currently mailout six days per week (Monday through Saturday) using Australia Post Registered Mail. We will send you an email when your game has been posted to let you know it is on it's way. Delivery times depend on a parcel's place of origin and its destination. However if you live in a capital city it shouldn't take more than five days. If you do not receive the game within ten days please contact us.
Video game classification.
If you are under the age of 15, you may only use this service with the consent and under the supervision of your parent(s) or guardian(s). WANT THAT GAME does not allow under age members to trade for games which are inappropriate for them. Every game has an age rating given to it by OFLC.
